Saha wants to keep healthy
Louis Saha is hoping to stay fit after coming back from his latest injury. And with an average of only two games a month last year he's not the only one.PAIN RELIEF

"Last year was a nightmare for me," he admitted.
"Overall, I only played 24 times and that is not good enough. I guess it is more about bad luck than anything else and I have had to deal with it. I just hope it doesn't happen again this year.
"I have had a couple of games now and like anybody else, I need matches to get my fitness up and find my touch again. Once I get that, I am sure the goals will start to come again."
