Ryan Giggs' agent has rubbished claims that the winger has resolved his contract dispute with Manchester United.

Press reports at the weekend suggested Giggs had agreed to take a salary cut in return for a two-year deal, but agent Harry Swales insisted no discussions had taken place with the club since the Welshman rejected the initial offer.
Swales told the Manchester Evening News: "It is all a load of rubbish. We have still not spoken to United for a second time."
